Preparation: Place the contents of the package in a low and wide pan with Extra Virgin olive oil. If desired, add half a glass of dry white wine and let it evaporate while stirring. Cover the rice with a hot broth and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add broth if necessary and salt to taste. When it's cooked, add a tablespoon of butter and some grated cheese (preferably Parmesan).
