Black venere rice 300g

Ingredients: Rice venere (Italy).

preparation:
1 - saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter, you join the zest and juice of 1 lemon and cream. Boil for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
2 - Cook the rice for 30 minutes and venere anchor it. add the sauce.
Garnish with lemon zest and Parmesan. Serve below.
