Cinnamon from Madagascar has a more subtle flavor than cinnamon from "Casse" and is slightly sweeter. It has floral notes almost of roses and citrus touches. Coming from a small evergreen tree with thick, irregular and very aromatic bark. It is native to India and Sri Lanka, but is also found in Madagascar and Brazil, where it grows naturally in tropical forests.
