Risotto with Vegetables 300g

Risotto with vegetables for a great meal and easy to prepare.
Ingredients: Rice Carnaroli 94 per cent (from Italy), vegetables 6% (cherry tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, artichoke, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green onions, parsley).

Set-up:Place the contents of the package, in a pan low and wide, with olive oil-E. V. If you want to add a half-cup of dry white wine and let it evaporate, stirring. Cover the rice with hot broth or hot water, and let it cook on a low heat and stir it occasionally, to go together the broth, if necessary. Add salt to taste. When cooked, add a tablespoon or so of butter and some grated cheese (preferably Parmesan).
