Method of preparation: Boil 300ml of water in a pan with 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of the salt. Then add 250 g of couscous in the boiling water, and cook over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and let it sit for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
